• Accident towing to the nearest authorized MG service center (maximum 30km distance per trip). Excess kilometers are chargeable at IDR20,000 per km
• Breakdown towing to the nearest authorized MG service center (maximum 30km distance per trip). Excess kilometers are chargeable at IDR20,000 per km
• Repair on spot. Assistance for tyre change, battery change, battery jumper cable. Service is applicable in urban city areas only. Customer is to responsible to provide the spare tyre/ battery.
• Provide for Hotel/ journey continuation up to IDR1,000,000 per incident when the vehicle breaks down more than 100km from registered place of residence and not being able to be repaired on the same day.

Providing car within 2 hours at dealership for customer who have problem with the vehicle more than 4 days so customer still can do daily activity.

MOBILE SERVICE

We provide also mobile repair with fast response for any customer breakdown vehicle within normal range from our dealership and the problem can be easily repair by our technician and service car facility.
